hi. The User Scenario is not loading after today's update. It doesn't react at all, it's just an eternal download. everything was fine before this update. I don't know what to do. Can it cause damage to my laptop? MSI version 2.0.36.0

Та же проблема, что и здесь, в настоящее время ищу способ установить более старую версию MSI center. Я был бы рад, если бы у кого-то еще были нужные файлы

Also having the same problem with Windows 11 Enterprise version 10.0.22635 Build 22635 on GP76 Leopard 11UG.

Doing an uninstall and running the CleanCenterMaster doesn't help after reinstallation of the same version of MSI Center.

Try this.
1. Uninstall MSI Centre and MSI Centre SDK
2. Restart
3. Delete all MSI Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\ & %programdata% as well as %appdata%.
4. Run CleanCenterMaster (from here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip) - this will restart.
5. Run CMD as Admin => enter sfc /scannnow and let this complete.
6. Restart
7. Now install MSI Center via MS Store/MSI Website.

Thanks for the guide, but it didn't help. version 2.0.36.0 with the Use Scenario and Game Mode bug. You need to wait for a fix or roll back to version 2.0.34.0.

Yeah, I'm not doing all that extra work. This is a problem from MSI, they should be the one doing that work and rolling out a stable update.

I reinstalled with a clean uninstall but it didn't help.

And yet I've hardly ever had a problem with MSI centre. This seems to very dependant on hardware. But if you don't even want to try and fix things, good luck. the next update isn't going to fix a bad install.

It is a known issue of MSI Center(2.0.36.0). Wait for MSI fix it.
At this moment, you can try the below instruction as a workaround.
1. Open Task Manager > Details, and find “MSI CentralServer.exe”.
2. Click “End Task” on the top right corner, and restart MSI Center.
3. When MSI Center restarts normally, prevent clicking “User Scenario” button under Features tab again.
4. If you would like to adjust the User scenario, temporarily use the hotkey (e.g. Fn + F7) to switch the scenario.
Note. This methods are for the model which support switching the user scenario by using the hotkey.

Prevent clicking... I need the user scenario to silent my fan when I'm playing games.

Good for you. Why should I fix a problem I didn't cause though? The app was fine until they rolled out the update. It's not my fault its MSI's.
