May I please have my displayed name changed to HenryW if not already being used by someone else?
 
MSI new account system chose a username for me thats basically my name from my email

Please can I change it to dakooga ?

I understand I'll still sign in with my email or old username.

this name is already used by someone else
 
damn... :) Is it possible that it is my old Forum account? I have changed my E-Mail in the meantime.

I have used my old forum account (username & password) to login (<- that is the one I meant), then I had to update my data to this msi account. Don't those accounts get linked then?
 
login with your old email at register.msi.com
once done, should be able to login with the same info here too

It did not work there. But when I tried to login with my old forum account here: hxxps://register.msi.com/sso/smf?ref=http://forum-en.msi.com
I was sent through the "Dear MSI forum members, You are the first time using the MSI integration platform to login, please update the information to the Member Center before login." process again and now I am here with my old name. Thanks.
Now when I try to change my email address to my new one I get:
"The Account exists, try other email to register." Could you delete my "claudius+msi" account?

i can't delete your account at register.msi.com
try to login with it by yourself and close/delete it if there is a such option
 
There is no option to delete it. I tried shuffling the mail addresses of the two accounts around but as soon as I switch my email address I cannot login to the forums at all (empty white page after login).
I have given up and set up a forwarder at my old mail address. Thanks for all your support :)
 
Hi I`d like to change my displayed name into phila_delphia?

What did I have to do to achive this?
