I wish that I'd known about this thread earlier. I was unhappy about having my full name displayed on a social media site, but couldn't find a way of contacting MSI Support about the issue. In the end, I gave up and created a new account with a different email address.

Thanks a lot! But would it be easier if we could just change the name from profile options? Or is the design of website/database making it hard to do?
 
No; it is not. This way there is no possibility to use offending user names or include spam
