Using Shutdown to turn off causing not turning on or black screen on MSI Claw 8 Ai

Does anyone experience having issue turning on the Claw 8 Ai when using "Shutdown" to turn off? But when using "Hibernate" to turn off the Claw 8 Ai, no issue turning it on.

Any information about this?
 
Are you saying the "shutdown" in task bar? And you cannot turn it on after pressing the power button?
Maybe you can try to uncheck the fast startup under the power options.

Yes. And I already try disabling fast startup. I don't know why it's happening.
 
I have no idea as well. Restoring the system could be able to resolve the issue.
