Vanguard 5070 – Front RGB Not Lighting Up

I recently purchased the MSI Vanguard 5070 SOC. Performance is fine with no issues. However, the front RGB (marked with red lines) does not light up. I've had the GPU for three weeks and have only seen the front RGB light up once and even then, it was stuck on orange and not controllable via Mystic Light. The upper and side RGB zones work normally and are fully controllable. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?

Can you uninstall Mystic lights, and try Signal RGB, see if the results are the same.

In my situation, only the side MSI logo and the RGB light directly under it works. I tried Mystic Light, but I couldn’t even change the color. is there any way to fix it
I have been using Armoury Crate, could that be causing the problem?

I tried deleting it and reinstalling everything (including MSI Center). With or without Armoury Crate, there’s still no sign of the lights showing up.

RMA time or return for replacement under warranty as a DOA product, I guess, it is the only option to have it fixed
