I need a VBIOS for a GT 170 uefi if possible as I had a bad flash.

The serial number is s/n 602-V809-711SD1703003595

The model of the card is GT 710 2GD3H LP

Solution
I contacted MSI support, and Nvidia and no one will give me a ROM for MSI Nvidia GT 710 1GB S/N2: J4D0026674 ZXX. I tried the one from Techpowerup.. and it will give me a black screen flash before I stream video from Ki*k.c*m. A factory ROM would be awesome!
You don't get it. WE CAN'T GIVE YOU ONE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE IT.

Because we're all just users, we don't have special access to things, like the VBIOS's you want. MSI does not provide them to us.
The only way to get it is to contact them directly. Otherwise, posting here, continuously like that, after being told times before that...
It is a GT710 not GT170. Corrected the title. Card does not use an MSI vbios. However latest MSI one (NV809MH0.4E0) is attached.

Decompress the provided .rar archive with Winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Then flash the included file with Nvflash for dos: http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/nvflash_download.html

To do so rename the included file to .rom and create a dos bootstick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/165175)

Put nvflash and the vbios file on it and boot from the stick. Then type nvflash -4 -5 -6 gop.rom (if renamed vbios that way) and hit enter. Confirm the questions and let the tool flash

Thanks alot for the vbios it got the card working again.
I did try in dos but got a id/subsystem mismatch and it would not let me continue.

So I next tried the Windows version of nvflash but had the same problem.
I had a different version of the nvflash for Windows (I had to use the nvflash64) and it failed so I used in the command just the -6 and it warned me of the id/subsystem mismatch and let me chose to ignore the mismatch.
It flashed ok and the card works again and the subsystem has changed in the hardware id properties.

The reason I flashed in the first place was my uefi complained of the card not being uefi compatible and turned on csm.
So silly me thought I'd look for a vbios to download and found one and took the risk as it is a cheap card.
But all good in the end.

If you had used -4 -5 -6 with the old nvflash version linked all warnings would have been overridden. As you had no MSi vbios there had of course been a subsystem mismatch.

Well, you got it now so all good.
