Hello everyone.
I have a laptop that with the CPU working at 16% reaches temperatures of +80º with the fan at 6000RPM
Is this normal?
Thanks in advance

How old is your Laptop? Maybe the thermal paste is dried out.
+80° (Celsius, I guess) is not a problem. If you think you have a thermal problem run some benchmarks and watch the temperatures.
Some benchmarks means that you run a benchmark or stress test for the CPU together with a benchmark or stress test for the GPU.
Your Intel Core i9-13980HX is safe up to 100°C and the upper limit of Nvidia GPUs is 95 to 100 °C.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, Celsius. The problem is that for the function I give it I need the CPU to work harder and it goes above 90. I use it for live events and I'm more worried about the temperature than the lack of resources. It could be the thermal paste, the laptop is 3 months old.

After 3 months the paste should be fine.

Cooler Boost and earplugs or headphones. :ROFLMAO:
Let the Laptop do its work. If the device gets "hot" it will slowdown, if it gets "too hot" it will shutdown.
Just make sure that the Laptop can breathe. Flat surface and nothing blocks the vents.
Sure on higher temperatures the components degrade faster but I don't think you want to use it for 15 or 20 years. ;)
