Vector GP76 Desktop Colours on Battery and Hybrid Mode

I've noticed when running on Battery and in Hybrid Graphics Mode, my desktop colours behave strange; almost like the icons have an OTT bloom effect. It's noticeable most on the taskbar but also visible in an open explorer Window. When I move the mouse, the effect fades and the colours become normal again.

Seems like it could be a power saving thing with the intel graphics or/and part of Windows 11 UI. Not visible when using discrete graphics mode. My screen is calibrated to accurate colours so quite annoying to see the intel driver or Windows UI changing them. For now, I've just switched to discrete graphics mode, but don't really want to miss out on the power saving features when running on battery.

Has anyone else noticed this effect? Can I disable it in some way, either with Windows settings or Intel driver settings?

Can you record this behavior as a video for reference?
I am wondering if it is related to Content Adaptive Brightness Control.
Thanks! That seems to have fixed it. Although I have no setting in Windows settings, the regedit method worked.
