I need help with my MSI MAG Forge 112R case. My components are as follows:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 (2 x 16 GB Kingston Fury Beast 3200 MHz)
Storage: Samsung 990 PRO 1 TB NVMe SSD
Power Supply: Corsair 650 W 80+ Gold
Case: MSI MAG Forge 112R
My problem is that if I set the fan speed to automatic or voltage in the BIOS, the fans stop, as if they're not receiving power. They only run continuously in PWM mode, but at very high speeds.

I can't see what exactly fans are included with the chassis. Are you sure they're PWM? Are they 4 pin?

Right, so they're not PWM. That'd be an expected behaviour in this case if you choose PWM.
But not sure why they wouldn't work in voltage mode.
If it's a new case, I'd request a replacement from the retailer. Else check with them for warranty claim.
It's also possible the motherboard is problematic.
Also one more reminder - this is an English forum.
