VERSA 300 Series Wireless Gaming Mouse does not light up or appear on MSI Center

I've reconnected, disconnected, and paired it a couple of times over again but my MSI Center does not want to show my gaming gear. The section for it does not even appear, and my mouse does not light up after I have paired it again the second time over Bluetooth, as well as when trying to use it wired.

Is it versa 300 wireless? I doubt MSI Center supports it since it's not even listed in the download page.
Versa "Pro" on the other hand supports MSI Center perhaps that's where the confusion came from?

It's the Versa Wireless Frieren Edition, to be exact. But when I searched it up on the quick guide, it said it was the 300. But I know that I did have it on my gaming gear beforehand since I was able to put it on the gaming gear tab. I disabled my DPI button as well as changed my DPI before and my lights on it were working previously today

quick question, did you also have other device that supports gaming gear as well? Keyboard?

I have the keyboard from the same set but it does not show up in the gaming gear the last time when I changed my settings on my mouse. Something to note is that this problem only happened after I disconnected my mouse and reconnected it due to it not working. Before I did that everything was fine before

Wondering what do you mean it is not working? Like not responding?
For LED control, did you try the hotkey? Since the quick guide mention MSI Center support only available on VERSA 300 ELITE, I think your mouse is excluded.

Oh, yes thank you for this I'm blind and missed this. I'm surprised on the MSI Center support since I was changing it with my friend earlier so I assumed there was a way to get it on there somehow.

Maybe they made a mistake and accidentally allow MSI Center on Versa Wireless Frieren, lol. But I mean if MSI Center can support it, why remove it later on Some weird MSI logic.

I know what happened before.

A few months ago, someone on the MSI Taiwan forum complained exact same problem. Investigation revealed that MSI had merged the product page, placing VERSA 300 ELITE WIRELESS (which supports MSI Center) and VERSA 300 WIRELESS (which doesn't) together, similar to user manual. MSI separated them after receiving such complaints.
