Very poor after warranty support rendered by MSI Store at SM Megamall. They charge P 500.00 handling fee and refuse to provide the location or contact

The keyboard side C and bottom part cover D got damaged during the normal use of the unit – 5 months from the expiry of my warranty.I was charged Php 8,000 + for labor & parts. MSI Store (Complink) insists on payment of an additional Php 500 handling fee despite the advice from MSI RMA to waive the handling fee. Very good support from MSI Support and RMA in attending to my complaint and scheduled the repair as soon as the available parts were verified. Nearby Acer Store offers cheaper and 2 year warranty for their laptop with the same spec as the Modern 14 B4MW. I will post a public ad not to patronize MSI for their poor after warranty support thru their stores.
