I recently bought a new GPU (Intel arc a770) and it doesn't work on my PC. The screen shows no signal and I can see the EZ debug LED on "VGA".
My previous GPU (GTX 1050) still boots fine. The GPU is functional i tested it in a different PC, it just wont work on mine!
I am pretty sure everything is connected properly(?)
I tried searching on the MSI website what EZ debug means but it was very inconclusive.

Why would the EZ debug light up? Is my motherboard broken? Am i doing something wrong?
I tried all sorts of stuff but every time it just wont boot and say VGA debug light

Specs:

-Intel Core i5 9600K 3.70GHz
-MSI H310M PRO-VDH PLUS (MS-7C09)
-2x 8GB Patriot Viper Steel 3200MHz
-AsRock Arc a770 8GB GDDR6
-Aerocool Aero Bronze 750M 750W

thanks in advance.

Give us a day or so but I am pretty sure it will not work as you need a BIOS update and MSI has not really supported Intel Arc GPU

Have only seen the A380 supported on 500 series and up Chipsets

Please make sure you are on the latest BIOS for your motherboard
Enable Rebar in the BIos before installing the Intel GPU

Hello again just to add more information:
i currently on BIOS Ver: E7C09IMS.181
When i bought the GPU and put it on i was on Ver: E7C09IMS.160
Please understand that i am very sad and frustrated as i have spend 300€ of my own money on this card and i don't really understand why it wont even boot. I read that there could be a possibility of performance or stability issues but nowhere did it mention just completely not working.

Had a chat with our Contact and they said it should work unless there is a fault will even work without rebar just not very well

Can you set BIOS to Use iGPU as the primary display output?
Install the Intel and boot to Windows it should boot if the CPU iGPU is set as Primary Display
Check your Device Manager for the GPU should be Two the iGPU that is on the CPU and the Intel ARC A-770
If it boots to Windows and GPU is recognised plug in HDMI or DP from the Motherboard VGA to the GPU to see if it has a signal
You may need to change some window settings first under the displays.

Thank you so much, it worked! :-))
It booted and i can see the pc is using it for the games, I 'll be running some tests because i am not perfectly sure its running at full capacity but a huge weight has been lift off from my mind!
