VGA light on and no display

So when I try to turn on my pc the lights turn on fans start to spin but the vga light turns on and I get no display I’ve tried to change my ram reseat my pc and I sent it in to microcenter and they changed my motherboard cuz they said it was faulty but it is doing the same thing some one help
