Video Quality on G4MX440

The video card quality is not what I expected. My old Pentium 133 with a cirrus logic video card plays better videos. The movies played during games like C&C Tiberian Sun and MSI movies are blurry and fuzzy. Is there anything I can do to improve the video quality?

So what do I do reinstall the drivers or is their a direct X prob I'm sure somebody knows! I'm using windows 98.
