Dear MSI Support ,

I Bought this combo , as shown in the invoice uploaded , i latterly use it for only one day , then I packed it up until my setup is ready , now my pc setup is ready , and i was excited to use the new purchased combo , until the mouse is starting to drop clicks on the left click , i am really disappointed at this stage , only 1 day usage and this happens , waiting the reply from you.

any idea how to roll back firmware , and where i can find an older firmware ..
If you are taking about rolling back to older mouse firmware, you can only get it from MSI.
Before that maybe you can try to reset your mouse by following steps below:
1. Unplug your mouse.
2. Hold Left+scroll wheel+Right mouse button. Yes keep holding them.
3. Plug your mouse back and release those three buttons, after holding them for at least 5 seconds.
4. Mouse should be reset to default, including the RGB and macro...etc.

excuse me for my bad English.

after testing and searching for solution to my problem i found out that the issue is not left click dropping (its a Double click problem) which is really common in these cheap microswitches (OMRON 10M) they used in their mice .

bottom line, MSI Support don't want to do any kind of support and now i am stuck with this malfunctioning mouse , they are claiming that the warranty should be provided from the store which is only 1 month , and in the system they are saying standard warranty which is 12months .

anyone knows the real warranty period for the mice and keyboards ???

can you file an RMA directly through the member center?

You can't do anything with member center other than registering your product , and open a ticket , even though i am registered and invoice uploaded its useless and only for showoff ,
they just don't want to support , lesson learned never ever consider buying any msi peripherals .

do you see the manage button after the registered product and serial number? go in there and click on apply for repair
