Vigor GK40's Gaming Center program won't open

When i'm trying to open Gaming Center. It does nothing. I have installed it from here https://www.msi.com/Gaming-gear/support/VIGOR-GK40-GAMING-KEYBOARD#down-utility (Not really suprising). So why it's not working? I want to remap my keybinds

You can try this http://msi-ftp.de:8080/main.html?download&weblink=ffbdc244db665d426faccef0c20c2db5&realfilename=Gaming$20Center$20v1.0.0.58.7z but I'am afraid you can't remap keybinds, because it's lack of options.
