I'm having a weird issue with the keyboard LEDs in that if I set the keyboard to steady LED style then all keys light up as expected. Then using Mystic light I change to the custom LED style and set all keys to either all the same colour or different colours then the # key doesn't light up. It's the only key that doesn't light up, I've tried a reset to default, checked for firmware upgrade etc and everything is upto date (inc the Mystic light software) and nothing resolves it.

Has anyone else seen this issue, can anyone try to recreate it ? Not sure if it's specific to UK layout or not but would be good to see if other people are having this issue too..

Attached a couple of screen shots, the colour is irrelevant as it does this no matter what colour you choose.

That is very strange. Most likely need to contact MSI directly about it......Since I doubt there's any 'simple' or 'easy' fix.

That being said.....wow. I didn't realize that the UK keyboard was that much different from the US one. I had to do a few double takes. (I have the same keyboard, but in the US)

I've contacted them and have a ticket outstanding in their queue.

As you have the same keyboard would you be able to test setting all your keys to any colour via Mystic light and the customize LED style option .. to see if you get any of the keys not lighting up ? Would be interesting to see if it happens all your layout too.

I've had a couple of US keyboards in the past and muscle memory screws me over .. I just can't find the keys half the time

can't tell if the key's lighting up or not by the pics you attached. can you remove the keycaps and see if it's actually not lighting up?
and what's the version of MSI Center & Mystic Light?
