Vigor GK70 Firmware update failed

I installed the Gaming Center and after klicking "yes" on Firmware update the process was stuck. I waited ~1h but nothing happened and I had to remove the Keyboard.
Now my Keyboard doesnt get recognized and doesnt work anymore, only an hyusb device is shown under devices.

help I didnt even had time to play with it after unpacking :(

Edit: after some research I think that there can be a button combination to force the update.
Some Reviewers had Problems with the Firmware update too and I dont think they all got their keyboards replaced.

Ok got an eMail from the support today.
The solution is quite easy:

Connect the keyboard

Open Folder: "\ programs (x86) \ MSI \ Gaming Center"

Start MSI_USB_FD.exe

[1] - Push the select button [...]

[2] - Select L2669v26.bin

[3] - Push the Download button

Thats it.

The above solution worked for me...sort of. The GK70 was recognized again but I couldn't type for but a few characters and changing the lighting schemes in MysticLight returned some interesting results; not the colors that it was supposed to be.
For me, what finally worked was in that same folder there are some .bat files - 'GK70FWUpdate-US' worked perfectly and everything was back to normal. I'm not sure if the problem is with this firmware or the GamingCenter software (I'd never had that installed before but I just picked up the Clutch GM60 mouse and it showed up on the product support page as a utility/download). I did call MSI support about this issue while it wasn't working and they couldn't really help me, wanted me to submit an RMA for the keyboard.

eu tive o mesmo problema em que o meu vigor gk 70 quando eu liguei o meu Gaming  Center ele disse que havia um novo update de firmware.
Eu fiz o update e as luzes do teclado ate ficaram mais bonitas e com efeitos led mais engracados mas o problema foi que depois do update ele deixou de funcionar qualquer tecla do teclado.
Eu segui os passos que estao aqui no forum:

Open Folder: " programas

(x86) MSI Gaming Center" Start MSI_USB_FD.exe [1] - Pressione

o bot?o de sele??o [...]





[2] - Selecione L2669v26.bin [3] - Pressione o bot?o Baixar isso.

Para mim, o que finalmente funcionou foi nessa mesma pasta h? alguns arquivos .bat - 'GK70FWUpdate-EU' funcionou perfeitamente e tudo voltou ao normal. basta reiniciar o pc com os dois teclados ligados e depois ir logo a pasta do Gaming Center e clicar no arquivo GK70FWUpdate-EU.bat ou GK70FWUpdate-US conforme se o teclado e EU ou US e o teclado baixa o firmware original e fica logo a funcionar a 100%.
Mas aconcelho a TODOS N?O FAZEREM O UPDATE DO FIRWARE ATRAVES DO GAMING CENTER!!!!!!
