Vigor GK80 lights turns on when PC is turned off

I have Vigor GK80 RED keyboard and encounter disturbing behavior.

After PC shutdown lights on keyboard goes off as expected - but if anybody touch any button on keyboard then lights immediately turns on and stays on forever (no expiration timer). So PC is still off but bright illumination shines. Only way to turn lights off again is to disconnect PC from mains.

My PC is also MSI (Nightblade MI2), I have latest BIOS (EB090IMS.856), have searched all BIOS settings (very few ever exists on this model) - no luck. Firmware of GK 80 is S2543V34/S2405V26 and Gaming Center (1.0.0.52) doesn't offer anything newer.

Have anybody encounters such behavior? Any ideas how to keep lights of keyboard off permanently when PC is off?

Sound like the bios have option for USB charging which keeping the USB ports powered even when the machine is off or options to wake the it from sleep.
Look for the setting in the BIOS' USB settings along the lines of allow to wake from sleep.

In MB BIOS I have only two lines related to Power Management  (see screenshots attached), tried already all possible combinations. Also in Gaming Center(x64) (v.1.68) option for USB Supercharge exists, tried it to on/off also to no effect.

All other peripheral before looks for me normal - shuts down with PC. Nevertheless have tried to connect keyboard to different ports (all 7 from 8 available - 5 SS and 2 regular, 1 SS has small connector and could not be used for keyboard), no luck.

Any ideas how to check - is it MB or keyboard problem?
