Vigor GK80 Software Suggestion

I have a suggestion for the Vigor gk80 keyboard. We all know it has 2 nice light bezels on it's sides. Problem is, when using the gaming center for the lightning setup, if you select the "customized" mode, you can't light up the bezels. It would be awesome if you could light them up as well. Hope someone important sees this.

Choose a related product and send it over, even though it's a "support" ticket.

Answer: "Regarding your concern, sorry to say that we cannot do it now, but we will send your suggestion to relative department. Thanks!". This is basicallly just a very polite "we don't care about this". I'm not an expert in this area, actually I don't know anything but I assume it can't be that hard to do it. I'm not trying to create a big drama moment, but it is a little bit frustrating, because this little detail is what's missing from having a perfect rgb build, having those sidebars off when creating a custom illumination mode for your keyboard...it's just a missed opportunity, and that's bad because I can honestly say this is one hell of a keyboard...

MSI does take suggestions, but will later decide how much priority it'll take over other things.

I think MSI does care about this feedback, but what you are saying seems to be the limitation of the this keyboard, unfortunately.
Hopefully, future high end models with similar design can do what you want.

I don't think it is a keyboard limitation; as you can see the sidebar lights up when the selected mode is "Steady ON"  but as soon as I swtich to "Customised" to light up every key separately they turn off, because there is no actual button to light up in the software. They could do something like whatever color the corner "enter" has that's the sidebar's as well, just an example, or add a button in the software that can pe lighted up as well. Something can surely be done, because as you can see in the not so clear pictures, it just looks bad with those sidebars off...
