Volume automatically maxed out and autocorrect

I have 2 problems with my MSI Claw 7 AI+. One is, My volume will automatically went up to 100 when i‘m increasing my volume, this doesn’t always happen but can happen at least once a day. The second problem is, my on screen keyboard will automatically predict what i’m about to type, this can happen even if i haven’t finished my sentence yet (usually autocorrect happen after pressing spacebar? idk). This is really annoying especially when i’m typing in my own language and it autocorrect to random english words. This occur more often when i’m typing too quick and there’s a “line” when my finger moved between keys. I already disabled autocorrect.
 
For question 1, update BIOS and Firmware to the latest version.
Question 2, check the following settings:
Settings - Time & Language - Typing - Touch keyboard (or advanced keyboard settings)
disable:
"Show text suggestions when typing on the touch keyboard"
"Autocorrect misspelled words when typing on the touch keyboard"
"Show text suggestions based on the recognized languages you’re typing in"
"use swipe typing" or "enable swipe type" to prevent the line while moving fingers.
 
1. My BIOS and firmware is already the latest version, do i need to reinstall both?

2. I can't find the "Show text suggestions when typing on the touch keyboard" only on physical keyboard and the swipe typing option
 
There is no issue on my claw, maybe you can try to restore the system.
Otherwise, is there any dust on the touch panel, or between the touch panel and the screen protector (if you have)?
