"VOX USB2.0 TV BOX" drivers for win vista

Hi there. I'm trying to install my VOX USB2.0 TV BOX on my Win Vista without success... Until now only got video working with Intervideo in win xp compatibility mode, but there's no sound :( the audio cable is connected on the mic in plug. Anyone has the drivers for Vista? I cannot find them on the msi website..

It should be connected to your 'Line-in' connector. What mainboard/soundcard are you using? Make sure that input is selected as default Recording source in Control Panel, and is not muted.

I'm using my laptop. It only has mic line in. I think it's in default mode but i'm not sure. Can you please tell me how to put it in default mode step by step.
I'm using MSI Megabook S271. Not sure what's the mainboard or soundcard...

Go to Control Panel in the Start Menu, then select 'Hardware and Sounds'. Under 'Sounds', select 'Manage Audio Devices'.

Click the 'Recording' tab, select your Microphone, and ensure it is selected as Default.

Then click 'Properties', click the 'Listen' tab and check the 'Listen to this device' box.

Click the 'Levels' tab, and ensure the volume isn't muted.

still not working :( It's all ok with the mic in options... I did a little experience by recording sound with Vista audio recorder and the audio file I get, while the windvr is open is the TV sound! So now I'm thinking it's the WinDvr that isn't ok... Any ideas?

You're going to have to look in the WinDVR settings, and make sure the audio capture settings are set correctly.

in the device options the line in chosen is the mic so i guess it's alright. I can't choose the source thought...

it was realtek's audio software that was messing it up..changed one option in the mic in area and it turned ok...Not perfect but ok. I can hear the sound but still not increase or decrease volume in the program :s Plus the remote app is all messed up :s Thanks any way.
