I encountered this problem, warning !!! please insert usb key press any key check.. please help to restore to initial settings. moteherboard doesn't want to be reset

with what hardware and what are you trying to do and where are you seeing the warning?

did you make a Security USB Key as to me that is sounding like a BIOS U-Key Protection is active and that cant be removed unless its sent to MSI or a Shop that can Overwrite the BIOS chip as its looking for a Security Key.

if you did not make one then its obviously a Return the Shop has got that the last person to have it has set a BIOS Key on a USB Drive so you can Either RMA it to MSI or get it exchanged where you bought it from. your choice as it cant be Bypassed.
