estou tendo problemas com a inicialização da tela da minha bomba para inicializar o software da bomba, ele fica tentando conectar e não consegue, já desinstalei o programa e instalei novamente, já exclui todos os arquivos residuais do programa depois da desinstalação e instalei o programa novamente e mesmo assim não funcionou,
estou deixando meu computador só com peças da MSI e está me deixando chateado esse problema com meu water cooler, alguém poderia me ajudar? eu estou usando a versão do Windows mais recente.

Does it shows USB connection failed or just black screen?
Have you double-checked the USB cable is correctly inserted into your motherboard USB header?
Have you tried to temporarily removed other USB devices and test again?
