Way to large Bios startup screen

Hi all

After ive connected my comp to my 42" LCD, and booting up,,my bios boot screen is way to large, cant manage to do a single adjustment.
Is there any way to change the resolution somehow, the bootscreen i believe is 640x480 ??!!

What type of connector are you using?  It sounds to me like the card and monitor are not communicating correctly since this should adjust automatically.

Im using a DVI to HDMI cable now, no adapter between, but i have also tried a genuin HDMI and same problem.
My graphic is new to me, and i noticed that the 2 DVI connectors on the card arnt similar due to the manual,one is DVI-I and the other DVI-D

Have you tried a normal DVI cable or doesn't your 42" LCD have a DVI connector?

Install the latest graphics driver for your GPU and your monitor. Update your intel.inf driver.
