What Do I do???

Alright, heres the problem. I just bought my GeForce 3 Ti 200 with the 128 ram. I am also running Windows XP Home Edition. When I got the video card, I put it in my AGP slot, popped in the Installation CD, and tried to install, but ran into a problem. It said that the VGA driver I was trying to install did not pass the Windows Logo test, which means its not compatible with XP and if I installed, it could destablize my computer. Thinking smart, i decided to not continue installing the drivers, instead, trying to get them off the website. This worked, but when i tried using OpenGL in game, it said that the version of OpenGL i choose is not supported by my card. So i decided to reinstall the VGA driver from the installation CD, still knowing that it could mess up my system, and installed. All seemed good when I could use my OpenGL in my game, then it all came down. I froze up and did repeatedly until i checked my Computer Log, and found the error lying in my nView.dll, which had been installed from my Installation CD. So i Browsed my CD and found no installion for Windows Xp. So Just want to know is there anyway of getting my video card to work with XP. Please help, i dont want to go back to 2000 or Me. Thanks.

Try getting the drivers from www.nvidia.com As for them not being WHQL certified, that shouldnt matter. I havent experienced any problems in non certified drivers, just try different driver sets and make sure they are installed correctly.

sounds obvious but make sure you get the detonator xp drivers as these have been written for xp and some have been certified. 40.41 has not yet been so it is labelled as a beta release. but any set below this should solve the problem

I have tried DL'ing the drivers from the websites and all are Signed, but i still run into the problem that when i try to install them, it still gets back to the window stating "The Software you are installing for this hardware:

NVIDIA GeForce 3 Ti 200

Has not pass Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP"

This window always pops up when I install any drivers. I have no idea of what to do, and i have looked through the boards to see if anyone else has had this problem, but i dont see anyone with it.

just ignore it pass or no pass you still get good and bad drivers,just click continue any way,i would not be on the net if i did not use uncertified drivers as there are none of the so called proper ones for my modem
