What Is This part ?

I've recently bought a Thin laptop (MSI GAMING THIN 15 B12VE CORE i7) which came with a plastic bag, inside which was this item and some screw (2 black, 2 silver). I have no idea what it is for and where it should fit. it looks like a filter of some sort, but....?
