what makes Grand Theft Auto V until now 28$ not less

i was wondering why Grand Theft Auto V released from 2 years ago with 60$ price​

and now in 2017 its about 28$ on G2A and others Key shop ?​

Grand Theft Auto 5 is the most sold ENTERTAINMENT product so it has sold many copies making it so they put it on sale quite a bit.
