What to do with defective 4090 ?

Have MSI 4090 crashing under load.
Wanting to do a warranty exchange but do not have the original seller receipt or purchase record.
Am i screwed ?
Will MSI not honor the warranty ?

if you have no Receipt it changes when the Warranty Starts:

if you have a Receipt it starts from the Time you Bought it for the Length of the Warranty Term in your Location
if you do not have a Receipt it starts from the Time it was Manufactured for the Length of the Warranty Term in your Location <<< Based on its Serial Number
