Whats wrong with my video card?

I constantly get low scores from my MSI G4 Ti4200 (128MB). The last time I ran 3DMark 2001SE, I got around 4700 marks. My previous card was a Magic-Pro Geforce 2 MX400 (64MB), and I got around 2700 marks. Can someone tell me what is creating these absurdly low scores? I refered to the VGA chart at www.tomshardware.com, and they scores revealed that the G4 ti4200 is supposed to be 3 times the score of the G2 MX400. This is very worrying! :( (is my card a faulty product?????)

Driver- Detonator v29.42

My Computer Setup:
P4 1.6A GHz
Intel D845PT motherboard
512 DDR SDRAM (PC2100)
IBM 20GB 7200RPM
Maxell 8X DVDROM
WinXP Pro

Thats exactly the upgrade I did, and my score has only gone from 4500 to about 5400!

Maybe you have the same problem as me? Look in control panel->display->MSI information and see if AGP is enabled. Mine isnt, but I can't enable it (see my post below!).
