When installing OS, do i need to format?

I bought No OS one thinking i can deal with installing OS.
Then i tried to install OS, but failed because it was not NTFS and GBR.
I surfed internet for 2 days and everything said just format it.
Gave up and just formatted to NTFS and GBR
Dont know why but some system partition appeared with nothing inside
and bluescreen [***CENSORED***] poped up every time installer said it needs to restart computer and restarted.

i formatted again(not quick format), but failed again

made another 500gb partition and thankfully installed window 3days after i got my laptop.

And now i cant open my odd.

I should have bought pre-installed one [***CENSORED***] 


anyway. is there anyway i can install OS without formatting?

and anyone know why bsod [***CENSORED***] up with me? and why odd is [***CENSORED***] too?

Laptop is GE62VR_7RF
and hdd 1tb only
windows 10 education

Do you want to install Windows 10 on GE62VR 7RF?
 
First, you could download/update BIOS and EC firmware from following link.

Then, you could install your Windows 10 and download/update all drivers and utilities from same website.
