When the computer is turned on, my graphics card runs at full fan for 6.7 seconds. When turned on at night, the fan noise echoes in the house and is extremely disturbing. What is the solution? My Graphics Card is Msi GeForce RTX 2070 TRI FROZR.

There is none it is a normal operation
My PC makes the most noise the first few seconds of boot
