Laptop details if you're wondering:
Crosshair 15 R6E B12UEZ
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
x64-based PC
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H, 2.70 GHz
16GB RAM
1TB Storage

I've been having issues with this and I was hoping I could get some support with this. As the issue is mentioned in the title, this happens every 5-7 seconds, the freezing and the buzzing sound lasts for about 1 second. And when I play a game, usually I play at around 60fps, but when the freezing and the buzzing sound occurs, my fps drops down to 10-15fps. And before you ask, yes, I even turned my graphics settings down and it did not change, if not, it only very slightly improved, but it did not stop the issue I was facing. I've had this laptop since... around November 2022, I believe. The issue's been occuring for a while now, but I haven't had the time to get it fixed.

I contacted Microsoft Support, had an agent who installed this "Win11_25H2_English_x64" file from the Microsoft website, I suppose it was kind of a "reboot" thing, the agent did say that if this didn't work then I should get in contact with the manufacturer. After I had my laptop restart a couple of times using the file, it didn't resolve the issue. Was hoping if anyone could help out. And my Warantee expired almost a year ago and I don't know if I'd have to get this taken in for examination and potentially repaired for God knows how much. But I pray that this is my last option and someone could help me out.

Cheers

This means you have to fresh reinstall the system.
Try to clean install the Nvidia graphics driver to a different version and check if the problem can be resolved.
