Where can I find the Pin-out map for the MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5.0 PSU??

I need the PSU side connector Pin-out map for the MAG A750GL PCIE 5.0 because I'm going to attempt to make my own pc cables (yes I know, this could void my warranty or kill my pc build if done incorrectly), but I cannot find anything online.

Asking Someone at MSI about it to see if they Know so Please be Patient!

Fastest Way would be if you have a multi Meter and just Continuity test the ends and just write down what wire goes where.

Thanks again for the response, but Im not sure I would be able to Continuity test either, because in order to be able to do that, the PSU would have to be on, and for it to be on, it has to be plugged into my motherboard (I think)? but if its plugged into my motherboard, I cant continuity test it 😭. But ill test all the other connectors while I wait for a response from the person at MSI.

no have them Unplugged put one probe on one of the Pins on one end of the connector and test the other end of the connector to see where that line goes and write down the cable and draw a map of which pin goes where.

you can get the Voltages they should be by just looking at that Guide i posted and look at the pinouts on the device side as they are constant so all you need to do is test each one with a multimeter to see where they lead to on the PSU side.

just do a Continuity test as that passes its own voltage via the probes so will point out which one connects the length of the cable.

Fill in the Blanks

with maping them I would suggest you take the 24 pin out your computer look at that the important ones. (PS-ON, +5vSB, PowerGood and -12v) and see if on your PSU line your Multimeter in Continuity mode Beeps end to end on the pins for another PSU in that Document and if they do then just pick one or 2 of the other voltage lines and just see if they match too its more of just test it end to end and where there is multiple of a type just see which ones connect to the pins on the Motherboard or device end.

simple way is once the 24 pin is out start at pin 1and see where that goes on the PSU Side, then the one to its right and just repeat and number the Motherboard side ones onto the PSU Side ones.

heck even more simple way to not get it wrong get the original cable and follow the wires end to end and then you cant be wrong regardless of what you do just connect each one to where the original went to and your forced to not have anything mixed up if you do it one wire at a time as your basically just Copying the original one wire at a time till all are done.

looking at the Previous document of all the PSU Connectors they all seem to be Pinned exactly the same so leads me to think that your PSU will probably use the Exact Same Pinout as I cant see why they would have Multiple Pinouts. I would suggest there actually the ones the MAG use as there more likely to have them laid out to just use a single set of Cables for all the models to make it cheaper.

will report back once I do actually get a reply from MSI Directly.

ok got a reply from them for the Pinout for the MAG A750 GL PCIE5

it uses the same as in that document above for Suitable for MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 / MEG Ai1000P PCIE5 Pinout of the Cables so Please use that as your Guide
