Where can I purchase an F Female to RCA Female Adapter

I have a TV@Anywhere Plus Card installed in my PC. Somehow I have managed to lose the adapter from Coaxial cable to the RCA connection on the card. The adapter needs to be 3/8" on the RCA side. I have purchased 2 on line but both are 1/4" and fall out of the card. Please help me find the correct adapter.

The problem is you are not getting the right part, it is a European PAL connector you need.

Female F type/PAL male, this is what you need. Example here:  http://www.showmecables.com/Pal-Adapter-EUROPEAN.html 

This I know, I have the same card and you are not the 1st to lose the adapter, I always keep mine plugged into the card or screwed onto a cable so it doesn't get lost if the card is not being used at any given time.

I appreciate your quick reply. I have purchased two wrong adapters from Shoe me cable. They are very helpful and super folks to work with.
