Where to write a review for the rebate card

Hi: I recently purchased a MEG Z890 ACE one thing that convinced me to purchase it from MSI was the rebate card offer. I have been all over the MSI websites, looked under my account, looked under the product itself etc. and cannot find anywhere to post a review. The rebate offer is from usstore.msi.com, the purchase must be made there and the review must be posted there.

There was a similar post to this telling the user to contact MSI support, I did that 2 weeks ago when I first tried to post a review and have not gotten any response from them. The customer support phone has said 'temporarily unavailable' since December.
Any help from you folks would be great.

The rebate offer is from usstore.msi.com, the purchase must be made there and the review must be posted there.

This is an MSI Store Promo and must be handled by them we on the forums are unable to help with this.

Try this Go to your Member page and select the My product section
Select the View More option then the Eligabel prom tab and look for the Promo
if not there go down to Shout out and select it them select the Motherboard
if you can select the MB then do so and on the next page towards the bottom of the page will be a bunch of links of where you can post the review

Hi Alan: thank you for your help, however the promo I have been trying to complete is not listed under eligible promotions. I have included a pic of the promotion if that helps any, please find it attached. And as i stated I have tried customer support with no responses from them. Thanks again for your help.

If you bought it from the MSI Store, the review needs to be on the product page in the Store.

Yep, we can not do anything from this end it is all on MSI Store USA. Not even sure MSI USA Office could assist with this
