Which driver for MS8861 G4MX440-T

I have just bought videocard G4MX440 manufactured by MSI and am curious about best drivers. My OS is Win2000 Prof, Celeron-566, RAM128MB and rather old CHAINTECH's motherboard, that does NOT supports AGP4x . I wish at first to get cloned display on my TV-set (eager to watch some movies!, games can wait!). Please share your experience!

Sorry It seems I incorrectly specified the model as 8861. I am at work now and don't have my card at hand. Hope it is not important.

Get a benchmark program like 3D Mark 2001. Get the latest Detonator drivers from nVidia (29.42) or even the unofficial 30.30. Test each time the score in 3D Mark. That will help you decide which driver works best. If you want higher performance in games, better try WinXP (games are running faster :D ).

As I understood, no one advises to use manufacturer's drivers (that are known, can enable some cool extra features added to the card by manufacturer). Or does anyone disagree ?
