I would not recommend to mix power cables from other PSU.

For an unknown modular line, take full caution to it. Recommend using multimeter before plugging and powering.

This is what I can find after doing a lot of picture searching.
Maybe its Seasonic 8-pin PCI-E modular cable with inline capacitor, used in a few product series.
