Why didn't my GF76 Katana from Walmart come with the SATA Hard drive bracket?

Is there an exact part number for the bracket with the required screws to install a 2.5" SATA drive?

TIA,
Matt

I finally gave up and just bought one off eBay. I will post the back here and let you know if it works when I get there later this week.

My GE75 Raider from Best Buy didn't come with one either. I actually came here to post this exact same question. My best guess is that many people won't even open their laptop up and that these extra parts are thrown away so it's done as a cost saving measure.

99% of people will not open it due to the Warranty Sticker and usually SATA drives are never used in them as most people will use a M.2 Drive as they use less power and are Faster.

I just disassembled...
MSI GF76 Katana 11UD.
There is a SATA and yes, apparently you need a bracket to hold the drive. I am surprised that MSI simply cannot give a clear answer and cannot put this bracket in the kit.

P.S. I look at the prices for this piece of iron and it throws me into a rage. I spent more than 1000$ for a laptop and to put the disk I have to pay more and wait almost a month for delivery!

I took an elastic band that was glued to the lid in the place where the 2.5 disk should be, made two parts out of it and glued it to double-sided tape in the indicated places. The cover presses the disc where the large part is, and the small part does not allow the disc to move sideways.
