Why not MSI 3TB+ Infinity Technology on the P55-GD65?

What would be the reason that the MSI 3TB+ Infinity Technology is not available on the P55-GD65 but it is on the P55A-GD65?

Kinda strange because the cheaper MB's of MSI have it also.

When you look at the product site of the P55-GD65, you will see that this feature is actually listed [third from the bottom]:

I know, that this particular mainboard is not listed in this ...

... list, but it kind of looks like as though someone just forgot to include it.

In the last couple of weeks/month, MSI has implemented something called "2.2TB plus HDD solution" or sometimes named "2.2TB plus HDD module" in the BIOS Releases of a wide range of mainboards. I checked the changelog for the recent BIOS Version for the P55-GD65.  Said module/solution was implemented in A7583IMS.1B1 (the first BETA that followed after the last final release (A7583IMS.1A0). 

When I find the time later, I will upload it here in the forum.

Ok. Normally I'm not a big fan of Beta stuff.

Perhaps a final version will be released later on.

In this case "BETA" does not mean "untested" or "unofficial" or "most likely unstable".  These BETA Versions are official MSI BIOS releases that are  released to quickly react to user problems.  Once a couple of "on-short-notice" releases have piled up, a final release will eventually come out which is based on the previous BETA release just as every BETA releases is based on the version that precedes it. Usually, the last BETA release is re-released as a final release and put on the product page for download.
