Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my laptop (brand new, just received), and I’m looking for advice before considering a return. I've got a cyborg 15 B13WFKG

Description of the problem
I’ve noticed a specific pattern:

If I fully shut down the PC, then change location (and Wi-Fi), everything works fine after reboot.
However, if I put the PC to sleep (just close the lid), then change network, when I wake it up the Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth may be gone.

In Device Manager, the following components show a yellow warning triangle, along with Code 10 or 43 errors:

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)

Troubleshooting already tried
Updated drivers (first MSI, then latest from Intel)
Updated BIOS and Windows
Disabled Fast Boot (in BIOS and Windows)
Disabled power-saving options for the devices
None of these solutions fixed the issue permanently.

Temporary workaround
The only thing that works is uninstalling the devices and their drivers, then restarting the PC after holding the power button for 60 seconds.

If anyone has experienced this issue or has any idea (software or hardware related), I would really appreciate your help. I would prefer to avoid sending the laptop back if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Make sure you've clean installed both WLAN and Bluetooth drivers, these functions are combined on the same card.
How about setting the laptop to hibernate instead of sleep mode? Maybe it could be a workaround.
But the problem could still be related to the hardware regarding the error codes.
