Wifi not working...

Hi.
New build wifi controller refuses to play. Absolutely nothing. Tried a few drivers. Nothing. There's a 'driverless' network controller showing in Device Manager under 'Other'.
Both network ports fired up reluctantly, but they now work. I think there was a router problem.
Bluetooth drivers all seem in place in Device Manager. In Bluetooth settings, the generic Bluetooth adapter shows but nothing connects.
Board is an MPG X870E Carbon Wifi. And yes, the antenna is connected!

Double check in the BIOS that WIFI is enabled.
You can delete the controller shown in other and try installing the WIFI drivers to see if it gets installed correctly.

Thank you. I didn't know that you could turn it off in the bios, but I looked and it is set to 'Auto'.
I deleted the item in 'Other' and installed the W10 pcielan drivers then restarted but nothing. Is it the AMD chipset drivers that I should be re-installing?
I've now noticed that when I reset after entering the bios, the router no longer recognizes the computer and I have to reset the router. It hasn't just done it once.

Windows 10? Unfortunately, there are no wifi and bluetooth drivers for this system and this motherboard... And there won't be any.

Windows 10 doesn't support some of the new WIFI modules, that could be your issue.

Wifi 7 won't work in Windows 10. I have to admit I already suspected you're on win 10 but you didn't mention it in your openings post.
I have win 10 as second os and it's the same as with you. Windows 11 however works like a charm with it.
