Will 4x MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti VENTUS X BLACK OC 16GB fit next to each other?

Greetings,

I am planning on building specific server PC where I would like to use four MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti VENTUS X BLACK OC 16GB. The motherboard I will be using is ASUS Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI. It has 7 pcie slots, so I plan to use 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th slot. The GPU is specified as 2 slot but it also has 42mm and one pcie slot is 20mm. I understand the height could be this high because of the bracket offset but I would like to make sure it will fit before I buy it.

I know the airflow won't be good but there won't be big load on the gpus and they will be utilized sporadically.

You need a gap between each GPU of about 5mm or so to ensure that airflow will happen and the GPU will not heat soak to max temp as soon as any load is put on them.

And 42mm is over 2 slots so I would say Not going to fit
