Will MSI B450m Bazooka V2 Can not find BIOS

Why is my machine not seeing the latest BIOS Version? I have an MSI B450M Bazooka V2 motherboard. I've tried all bios versions but mine starts with an " E", E7A38AZ1.PZ1 and can't seem to find any that can be recognized from the MSI website. I've done this so many times for over 30 years but unfortunately this one does not show anything. Any idea? All the bios versions I have downloaded don't even seem to have the right format.

You do not have retail board but but one built by a PC company like Dell or Packard bell

We have no way of supplying you with a non retail bios for your board.
