in the user guide it says system requirements windows 11 can it run on windows 10 still (and then it says this) 1. PCI Express-compliant motherboard with one dual-width x16 graphics slot. 2. A monitor with at least one input connector equivalent to the output connectors of your graphics card. 3. Microsoft® Windows® 10 or later, or Linux operating system (depends on the product). 4. At least 1.5 GB of available hard-disk space. and i have a b450-plus version 2 i know i will run in pcie 3.0 but will it still work with my motherboard

It should run an a PCI-E 3.0 Motherboard. Nothing on the MSI website says it needs windows 11 to work. Radeon RX 6650 XT MECH 2X 8G OC (msi.com)
