Hi everyone,

I have upgraded to Windows 11 22H2 as my 11UE Katana showed is available to download in Windows Update. Unfortunately there seems to be an error every time I load the device.

Can anyone advise?

I have found the .sys file, the digital certificate is out of date. Is it safe to delete both entries as above?

Same issue after Windows 11 update. We require an update for this driver. Until then, I have temporarily switched off Device Security, Core Isolation. Can we get an update SOON?

Already looked there, what's the answer?
I just read after, that you don't have mystic light installed.
Verify to see if there is an update for your steelseries keyboard lighting.
Everyone seems to indicate link with lighting program.
Did you check in DEVICE MANAGER to see if anything has an error?

Your laptop does not support Mystic light. The driver comes from Mystic light.
Since your laptop does not support it, you can delete them manually.

Nothing has an error on device manager and not sure how to check to see if there is an update for keyboard lighting.

Thank you, I was so confused with people saying update mystic light as I was pretty sure my laptop doesn't support it.

Well if there's no error message in DEVICE MANAGER, then as other stated, it should be safe to delete/disable it.

Thank you, MSI support got back in touch eventually and said I can delete it as my laptop doesn't support Mystic Light. Thanks for all the help and fingers crossed they do an FAQ regarding it.
