fTPM and PTT are the same. AMD calls it fTPM for firmware TPM, Intel came up with PTT for Platform Trust Technology, but it's also an fTPM.
On Intel, you have the choice between PTT (fTPM) or dTPM / discrete TPM, which means an external TPM module. Obviously you would select PTT, so you don't need any extra module.
