Windows installation, from 7 to 10/11

Hi,
I'm still using my GE60, but i'm on windows 7. I want to buy windows 10 or 11.
But i'm not sure 11 can work good on my computer. So 10 seems to be better to me.
I don't find how to install windows 10 without loose anything i have on my computer. Before, windows purposes to switch 7 to 10 but i have missed this moment.

Your model could only support to install Windows 10.

I have alreayd tried with this tool but i have this message when i run it :

I have installed 8go RAM3 and a 256g SSD on my GE60. Not enough to windows 11 you think ?
