Windows won't boot after updating

Hi, for about two days my computer needed to update but I had some unfinished work so I put it sleeping mode every night. This afternoon I finally rebooted my pc in order to update but since that moment on, I can only see this starting screen. Sometimes there's a blackbar underneath the loading circle with "preparing automatic recovery". I'm also able to open the bios but I don't know what to with it. If somebody knows probable causes, solutions or logical steps to do next, please let me know!

Please list all your hardware in detail. Which BIOS version did you update to? What do the EZ Debug LEDs on the board show, BOOT LED?
