Hi there,

I got these 64 bit Windows utils from MSI.
They have been tested to work with a 925X board as far as I know.

REMEMBER, THESE ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY MSI!

IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE TO BLAME.

Do not contact MSI about these, nor ask support.
You can alway's try to get support here in the forum, but we know just as much as you do.

Have core center  installed on my K8T Neo2 can set fans and fsb but just like windows xp 32 does with the 32 bit version  it reads my temps wrong. I am getting more and more sure this is an issue with the sensors on the board.

For me Core Center says...

"Core Center doesn't support your motherboard"

and PC Alert..

"No hardware monitor!"

IE: NoGo with K8N-Master2

When I try to start CoreCenter64, I get pop ups that say:

"Failed to load OverClocking Driver!"

In Event Viewer it says:

"Application popup:? : \??\C:\WINDOWS\nvoclock.sys failed to load"

"\??\C:\WINDOWS\nvoclock.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver."

"The NVR0Dev service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading "

Then it just closes. Since NV is in the driver name I assume its from nVidia. Anyone have a link to an updated version? Or did I just install stuff in the wrong order? My motherboard is an MSI K8N Neo4 (MS-7125). I installed the 32-bit versions before I realized they weren't compatable. I uninstalled them before I installed the CoreCenter from this page. My major question is why does MSI ship 32-bit drivers for everything on a 64-bit motherboard

because most people still use 32bit Windows XP, as x64 edition is still a little pointless...

Why is xp x64 pointless? Because a lot of software doesn't run?
Can you provide links to the 64bit msi drivers for the k8n neo4 f motherboard?
I may have installed the wrong ones from the site, because some software will not install (firefox, avg 32bit, ect...). A guy here at work has a 64bit pc and xp x64, and firefox installed for him... Is there driver stability isssues, or what do you think is going on here?

gjarreau, please start your own topic in the relevant forum as this forum isn't really for tech support

AVG 32bit won't work in x64 anyway, find x64 nvidia drivers at www.nvidia.com

Have corecenter64 installed on my MSI notebook MS-1029 ( aka M635 ).

Doesn't work! Had to reinstall winxp x64 with preservation of all the settings.

Conclusion: Still too few real x64 drivers available at this moment.
I'll keep waiting...

specs:
MSI Megabook MS-1029 barebone
VGA ATI Mobility Radeon X700
LAN (RJ45) Realtek RTL8139
AMD Turion MT40 2.2Ghz
RAM OCZ4001024VSO 1x 1GB PC3200
HD Seagate ST9120821A
WLAN+BT MiniPci MS-6855B
Optic Toshiba-Samsung SN-W082B

Update after a week or so of corespondence MSI is going to look into the problem of corecenter not working with msi diamond plus motherboards running 64 OS.

on a side note pc alert and corecent conflict you can choose one or another. but not both.

I've sent them screenshots, errors, and all the junk i can I'm going to keep track of it. they asked me to check back in regularly to see if they have any updates for me to look at.

MSI tossed up a new version of corecenter 32 bit/64 bit for msi diamond plus.

Two and a half weeks with suportcenter and they get it all cleared up.  That's pretty darned good turn around for bleeding edge. IMHO.

Not the normal version, but there isn't a 64bit version.
